Troubleshooting

Workshop content is missing

Wait for Steam's download, refresh subscriptions, then restart once. See Workshop & Mods.

A card cannot be sold or graded

Remove it from display, confirm it is not reserved by an active grading order, and apply the required protection. Then reopen the laptop screen.

A grading kit appears stuck

Use the exact provider's website and table kit, finish the current animation, save and restart, then check tracking again. Do not place PSA cards into Beckett or SAG packaging. See Grading.

Controls or highlights feel inconsistent

Press Q before expecting movable objects to highlight green. Leave Q mode when you want normal click actions. Wait for lift/place animations to finish before repeating the input.

A save loads at Day 1 or with $20

Do not save over it. Exit, restart, and check the slot again so recovery data remains available. Record the slot, expected progress, loaded progress, and the last action before the load. See Saving & Save Slots.

Creator Studio says a slot is empty

Check positive rarity weights, eligible variants, exact group text, pack eligibility, and chance-within-rarity. The Odds, Slots & Pools guide explains the full selection order.

Creator Studio will not leave cleanly

If SAVE is red, save the project first. When it turns green and reads SAVED, use Back to Projects or Back to Menu. The game warns when navigation would discard unsaved project changes.

What to include in a bug report

  • game version from the title screen;
  • Windows version and display resolution;
  • save slot, day, money, and streamer level when relevant;
  • exact steps leading to the problem;
  • screenshots or a short video;
  • Workshop item links for installed content involved;
  • what you expected and what actually happened.

Never post save files publicly if they contain information you consider private. Send them only through the developer's requested support channel.
